Detail Description

Scholarly novellae letter by R. Asher Zev Werner (1894-1858), Rabbi of Tiberius. R. Werner was a noted rabbinic scholar and assumed the rabbinate of Tiberius after the passing of his Teacher and mentor R. Moses Kliers. He likewise replaced R. Meir Karelitz as head of the Poalei Agudat Israel after his passing. R. Wernar was also a member of the Mo'azei Gedolah haTorah.
