R. Chanoch Henich Tcherntshpaki (1888-1941) was the rabbi of the Sanok and the Golina community. His father, R. David son of R. Zvi Zev , was rabbi and Av Beit Din in the communities of Bodzanów and Iława. After his marriage, R. Chanoch Henich studied the Torah and was supported by his father-in-law R. Pesach Kroninberg in the city of Drobin.
He wrote essays on halachah, responsa and aggadah, from which he managed to print Der Yudisher Garten (1935), about Yomim Tovim, education and the Land of Israel, Der Yudisher Ureicher (1936) about the Torah education, Hanoam Haivri - Shalom Jerusalem (1938), which includes forty sermons and speeches, views, ideas and legends about the people of Israel and its Torah, according to the spirit of the times. Rabbi Yehuda Leib Tsirelson Hy "d, the rabbi of Kashanov, wrote an approbation to his books. He also wrote many other articles and booklets.
