[14] pp., 378:230 mm., light age staining, creased on folds, ink on heavy paper, Ashkenazic script, signed by 8 community memers and the town's Cantor (rabbi)..

Detailed estate accounting for the deceased Samuel Pollak to his widow and 5 orphans by the Cantor of the community (they served as community's chief when no rabbi was present) for distribution to his widow and orphans.
