[1] p., 162:104 mm., light age staining, creased on folds, ink on stationary, Ashkenazic script by the Rebbe, dated, and signed.

 

Detail Description

Receipt signed by R. Yohanan b. David Twersky (1903-1981), Admor of Rotmistrovka. He was born in Russia at the dawn of communism and first managed to escape to Jerusalem in 1926. He was educated by his father and continued the Chernobyl Dynasty with pride. Among the other signatories are: R. Abraham Sternholtz, a prominent member of Berslov, R. Shlomo Aaron Honig, R. Zvi Michel Heller, R. Aaron Auerbach, R. Aaron Gewirtz and several others. All were prominent Hasidic personalities in Jerusalem in the mid 20th century.
