Only edition. 406 pp., 304:234 mm., wide margins, light staining. A very good copy bound in the original boards, tears to spine.

 

Detail Description

Virulent polemic against R. Moses Feinstein and his Iggerot Moshe R. Yom Tov Halevi Schwartz. The author, a brilliant rabbinical scholar, graduate of the Yeshiva Hakhmei Lublin,  attacks hundreds of responsa as outright wrong, indeed he accuses Reb Moshe of permitting the forbidden on more that one occasion. His attacks are personal and scholarly at the same time. The volume was issued in a limited edition and caused quite a stir when it was published. Rare as many copies were acquired by Reb Moshe's students and destroyed.
