[1] pp., 160:220 mm., light age staining, Sephardic Rabbinic script, ink on paper, signed by three rabbis and dated.

 

Detailed Description   

Bet Din agreement on a store owned by Ahmed Yaya to the benefit of Aaron, dated 28 Elul 5597 (September 28. 1837), signed by "rabbis of Jerusalem":

R. Jonah Moshe Navon (d. 1841), Rishon leZion of Erez Israel from 1837-1841.

R. Rahmim Pinchus Mizrahi, rabbi in Jerusalem, his approbation appears in many period imprints (Divrei Shalom, Jerusalem 1843).

R. Rafael Avraham Michlef Hayit, shedar, his approbation appears in many period imprints (Divrei Shalom, Jerusalem 1843).
