יערי רשם הגדה זו פעמיים: במס' 1554 ובמס' 1570 (תרנ"ט), זאת "עפ"י ווינער 875", שרשם את טפסי ספרית ירושלים (בית הספרים) ובודאי אירעה טעות בהעתקתו.
