Detail Description

Only edition of this work on the halakhot pertaining to Nidah and Mikvaot by R. Azriel Dov ha-Levi. Peri De’ah is a commentary and novella on R. Joseph Caro and the Shulhan Arukh. The title-page informs that the commentary is in two parts, Turei Kesef, which is commentary on the Taz and Siftei Levi which is halachic novellae on the Shach. Also included are numerous hiddushei denim from responsa from rishonim and ahronim which have not been included in earlier commentaries. All previous explanations are collected here on Nida hand Mikvaot are presented here. Also, many pilpulim by the author are
included here. It further informs that R. Azriel Dov ha-Levi was Rosh Av bet din in Mikarisan. There is an introduction from the author, and then the halakhot on hilkhot Nidah, prefatory material on the subject and then the text in two columns, comprised of Turei Kesef and Siftei Levi, both in rabbinic letters. Next, beginning on 45b is the text on Mikvaot, following the same format. A detailed comprehensive work on an important complex subject.
