Detail Description

Letter by R. Yaakov Yehuda Leopold Wreschner (1865-1935) German rabbi and rabbinical scholar. He was born in Breslau, Niederschlesien where his father, R. Zev Nachum Wolff Wreschner served. R. Yaakov Yehuda was educated in the Berliner Rabbiner-Seminar and the Berliner Universität. In 1889 he was appointed Rabbiner in Samter in Posen. He left in 1921 and became rabbi in Bad Homburg where he served until his passing in 1935.
