Detail Description
Ketubah on heavy stock for the marriage of the groom Moshe son of Dov Ber to the bride Yitel daughter of Jerahmiel of Pest on 17 Elul 6649 (1849). The traditional text is written in a beautiful rabbinic script and signed by two witnesses R. Meir b. Shlomo Constater and Jose b. Lipman Mestitz. The groom apparently had rabbinical ordination and is described with the title חבר.
